About the role

The VDC Technician II position plays a crucial role in supporting the Visual Design Center. This individual will assist in managing visual assets, ensuring consistency across all projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain visual assets, including logos, templates, and other design elements.
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to provide feedback and support on design concepts.
• Support the creation and updating of design guidelines and style guides.
• Assist in the development and implementation of design systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with design systems and brand management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is beneficial.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The VDC Technician II position is full-time, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
