About the role

We are seeking a VDC Specialist to join our team. The VDC Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of various initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct research and analysis on diversity and inclusion trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that diversity and inclusion goals are integrated into organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and education to employees on topics related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Experience working with data management systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion theories and best practices.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion software and tools.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The VDC Specialist will work a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
