VDC Manager
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "Best People + Right Culture..." etc. That's about company culture, maybe "About the role"? Actually "Role Summary" heading present. We'll treat that as About the role. - Role Summary paragraph: "The Virtual Design Construction Manager will provide routine and non-routine Building Information Modeling (BIM) administration and coordination to assigned projects. This position will be responsible for providing more complex models and documents, providing BIM technical support to internal teams and leading facilitation of 3D coordination. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn." - Key Role Responsibilities: a long list bullet points (starting with "- Core VDC MANAGER FAMILY - CORE ..."). We'll need to extract responsibilities as list items. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: list of abilities. - Education: Bachelor’s degree... (Required). In lieu... relevant experience will be considered. - Experience: 5+ years construction or related experience (Required). 5+ years BIM-related experience (Required). - Working Environment: bullet list of requirements (drivers license, lift, travel, non-traditional hours, location, exposure, activity). This could be under Requirements or maybe Qualifications? We'll treat as Requirements. - Benefits Information: paragraph about application period, EEO etc. But we need to remove EEO boilerplate. The Benefits Information section includes: "This role is expected to accept applications for at least three business days and may continue to be posted until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled." That's substantive? It's about application period, but maybe considered boilerplate? It's not benefits. There's no actual benefits like health insurance etc. So we should not create a Benefits section unless there is real benefit info. There's none. So we skip Benefits. - Pay and Schedule: none provided. So skip those sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role (Role Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education, Experience, Working Environment), Skills (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities). Possibly Qualifications? The Education and Experience could be under Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put Education+Experience under Qualifications, and Working Environment under Requirements. Or combine all under Requirements. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Education, Experience, Working Environment into a single "Requirements" section. And Skills separate. Thus sections: - About the role (h3) containing the Role Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities (h3) containing ul li list of responsibilities. - Requirements (h3) containing ul li list: Education, Experience, Working Environment items. - Skills (h3) containing ul li list of Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. We must not repeat job title. No extra headings. We must preserve all substantive info: ensure we don't lose any details. Let's extract responsibilities list exactly as given, but we need to turn each bullet into
