VDC Engineer

About the role

VDC Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing sustainable solutions for complex infrastructure projects. They collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project meet environmental and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design sustainable infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers
• Ensure compliance with environmental and performance standards
• Prepare detailed design documents and presentations
• Participate in project meetings and client reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering
• Experience with sustainable design practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainability and innovation

Skills

• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles
• Experience with green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM)
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
