VDC / BIM Electrical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D electrical models using Revit and/or Navisworks.
• Produce construction and fabrication‑level drawings, including plans, sections, and detailed layouts.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
• Update models and drawings to reflect RFIs, field changes, and as‑built conditions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure designs are accurate and constructible.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in electrical design and drafting, preferably in a BIM/VDC environment.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Navisworks (Bluebeam a plus).
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable electrical codes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.

Pay

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year.
