About the role

Load and operate shot peening machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain required quality and quantity of production.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, hand sketches, or work from verbal or written instructions
• Perform duties autonomously with attention to detail; offer flexibility and willingness to work overtime
• Work under and receive training from the Production Supervisor and Team Leader
• Adhere to SCHERDEL’s and the Customer’s quality and environmental system requirements
• Keep count of completed product on each run, record, and dispose of spoilage properly
• Ensure SCHERDEL’s SST processes and standards are maintained and used
• Complete department-required paperwork
• Solve problems with the assistance of other team members and seek continuous improvement

Requirements
