Vault Processor

About the role

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s Incorporated, is seeking a Vault Personnel to join our team. This role is crucial to the success of our branch locations, processing and verifying inbound and outbound liability while ensuring accurate reporting and the security of both our liability and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments, and connect money from one place to the next
• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times
• Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day’s routes
• Maintain and monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency
• Complete data entry for all transactions of liability
• Generate and maintain all records and reports daily
• Perform other duties as directed

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Data Entry skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
• Ability to work collaboratively in our branch locations
• Satisfy all required internal training applicable to the position

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, cashier/teller experience
• Military background
