Vascular Surgery - Locum Tenens

About the role

Seeking a physician to provide coverage for a short-term assignment, primarily handling bread-and-butter cases, some trauma, and aneurysms, with no thoracic or aortic arch cases. The role involves working on an Epic electronic health record system and requires availability for a 24-hour call shift from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care in a hospital setting, focusing on general and trauma cases, including aneurysms
• Manage patient care during assigned shifts, including emergencies and routine cases
• Utilize the Epic EHR system for documentation and patient management

Requirements

• Medical degree with appropriate board certifications
• Experience in general surgery, trauma, and aneurysm management
• Comfort with 24-hour call responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Epic EHR system
