Vascular Surgeon

Part-time position in Minneapolis, MN with a national wound physician group, offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility (skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals).
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Operate as a mobile practice, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week (part-time).
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Practice Overview

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM) or part-time availability.
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Part-time role: minimum 3 days per week; full-time role: 4–5 days per week.
• Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year.
