Vascular Surgeon

About the role

Full-time vascular surgeon position in Cleveland, OH with National Wound Physician Group. Emphasis on clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals across a 40–60 mile radius.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, visiting 2–3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20–30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation at point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Qualifications

• Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Part-time schedule: Minimum of 3 days per week.
• Full-time positions typically involve a 45-hour work week.
