Vascular Surgeon

About the Role

Full-time Vascular Surgeon position with a national wound physician group offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility. Work-life balance is prioritized with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.

Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. This is a mobile practice where physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.

Full-time work is Monday–Friday (7am–4pm), with part-time options available. Full-time roles require 4–5 days per week, while part-time requires a minimum of 3 days per week. Clinical documentation is completed in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at assigned facilities.
• Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Training & Support

• Paid training provided during onboarding.
• 6-month wound care fellowship included.
• Physician-level wound management training for clinical excellence.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.

Schedule

• Routinely a 45-hour work week for full-time positions.
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Full-time: 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm).
• Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week.
