Vascular/Interventional Radiologist - Locum Tenens

About the role
This is a locum tenens position for a Vascular/Interventional Radiologist providing inpatient coverage at a trauma hospital in central New Jersey.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Call coverage required approximately 12 weeks per month
- 1-2 weeks of scheduled call per month
Responsibilities
- Perform light to moderate interventional radiology procedures, including:
- Paracentesis (paras)
- Thoracentesis (thoras)
- Port placements
- GI bleed interventions
- Venous access procedures
- Lumbar punctures
- Drainages
- Manage a typical caseload of 10-12 procedures per day on adult patients
- Work on-site at the hospital (no government affiliation)
Requirements
- Board certification in radiology
Skills
- Experience with PS 360 dictation (preferred)
