VAS Lead (2nd Shift - W09)

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 4PM-12:30PM ($21/hour)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising / leading of warehouse employees.
• Time keeping / temp roster
• Inventory checks.
• Cleaning of the warehouse.

Job Complexity

• Good Communication, people skills with problem resolution.
• Management skills and to be able to manage employees.
• Keep a neat orderly and clean warehouse operation.

Work Experience Requirements

• 2 years warehouse experience.
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
• Warehouse safety experience.
• Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
• Computer experience a must.

Education Requirements

• GED or H.S. Diploma
• College is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
• Frequent indoor/warehouse environment.
• Regularly works sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting or kneeling during the work day.
• Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees.
• Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
