About the role
The Baldwin School is seeking a Varsity Head Basketball Coach for the 2026-27 season. Under the direction of the Director of Athletics, the successful candidate will possess a genuine love and knowledge of basketball, with the ability to teach, mentor, and motivate student-athletes. Leadership that is collaborative and creative is essential.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Competitive background and previous coaching experience required
- Knowledge of safety measures to protect student-athletes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
