About the role
The position involves assisting the Varsity Head Coach and leading the Freshman Boys Basketball team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Varsity Head Coach in game planning and strategy
- Lead practices and games for the Freshman Boys Basketball team
- Work closely with the Varsity Head Coach to develop players for future seasons
Requirements
- Experience coaching high school basketball
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Strong understanding of player development
