About the role

Join our team today! We are looking for various positions including welders, fitters, production assistants, machine operators, robot operators, and general labor.

Responsibilities

• Custom design durable metal buildings for a variety of projects including agricultural, aviation, commercial, equestrian, dairy, and residential applications.
• Operate welding equipment and perform fabrication tasks.
• Assist in assembly and installation processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in metalworking or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Welding certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
