Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience; retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, though hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, move throughout the store for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight (with or without reasonable accommodation).

Pay

Hiring range: $14.00 – $19.80 USD per hour.
