VAN DRIVER WAREHOUSE
About the role
The Van Driver / Warehouse Employee plays a crucial role in ensuring that CES's customer delivery and warehouse operations run smoothly. This position involves driving safely, maintaining vehicle safety, and supporting both delivery and warehouse functions.
Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
- Check in and put up stock.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Pull orders for deliveries.
- Back up counter staff with orders and customers.
- Aid in counting during Stock Take.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to customer service. Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery environment is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is helpful.
