Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, ensuring cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Pack orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Receive and check in stock, maintaining warehouse organization.
• Pull orders for deliveries and assist with shipping materials.
• Support counter staff with orders and customer interactions.
• Assist in stocktake and inventory counting.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate with other branches to ensure consistent, high-level service across the network.
