Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Pull orders for deliveries.
• Back up counter staff with orders and customers.
• Assist in counting during Stock Take.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain delivery vehicle and maintenance records.
• Support warehouse functions such as receiving material, maintaining warehouse organization, and shipping materials.
• Collaborate with other branches to ensure customers across the CES network receive a consistently high level of service.
