About the role
The Van Driver/Warehouse position handles all aspects of customer delivery and warehouse operations. This includes packing orders, mapping routes, managing delivery paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its records. The role also involves warehouse functions such as receiving material, organizing the warehouse, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. Additionally, you will collaborate with other branches to ensure consistent, high-level service across our network.
Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
- Check in and stock inventory.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Pull orders for deliveries.
- Assist counter staff with orders and customer interactions.
- Participate in stock take and inventory counting.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
