About the role

City Electric Supply (CES) is a family‑owned electrical wholesaler with over 7,400 employees at more than 1,000 branches worldwide. The Van Driver / Warehouse Employee is responsible for all aspects of customer delivery—including packing orders, mapping routes, handling paperwork, providing exceptional service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle—as well as supporting warehouse functions such as receiving material, organizing the warehouse, shipping, and preparing customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Check in and put up stock; help maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Pull orders for deliveries and back‑up counter staff with orders and customers.
• Assist in counting during stock take.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Support receiving, shipping, and order preparation activities in the warehouse.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Active, very physical work environment.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
