Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer-facing representative, offering full customer service by checking product availability, processing returned stock, and performing merchandising tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while managing all inquiries in a professional manner, in line with service agreements.
- Ensure your vehicle is safe, clean, and tidy, and drive courteously to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
- Use IT systems to keep information up to date and accurate.
