Valutek - Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across warehouse, production, facilities, vendors, inventory, scheduling, and site management
• Lead the transition to the new headquarters, including facilities, logistics, layout, and operational readiness
• Build KPI scorecards and reporting for inventory, freight, fill rates, productivity, and budget performance
• Create and document SOPs across warehouse, production, cleanroom, and shipping using ISO 9001 principles
• Lead the migration of cleanroom production from manual processes into the ERP system
• Create and document SOPs across warehouse, production, cleanroom, and shipping using ISO 9001 principles
• Develop and stabilize the warehouse team through coaching, accountability, and leadership development
• Lead the migration of cleanroom production from manual processes into the ERP system
• Build operational infrastructure including job scorecards, meeting cadences, and accountability systems

Requirements

• Experience leading operations in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or supply chain environments
• Success helping founder-led or family businesses implement professional operating systems while preserving culture
• Proven ability to build SOPs, KPIs, reporting, and operational infrastructure from the ground up
• Experience managing an entire physical site, including facilities, vendors, staffing, and daily operations
• Experience with facility relocations or new site launches is a plus
• Core Competencies: Strong inventory and supply chain management expertise, including inventory turns, fill rates, freight, and cash flow optimization; Ability to build KPI scorecards, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks; Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and managing operational teams; Financial literacy with strong understanding of P&L and cost management; Systems mindset with ERP implementation experience; SysPro and ISO 9001 knowledge preferred

Benefits

• Base salary range of $120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience, with additional performance-based variable compensation discussed during the interview process
• This is a W2 Employment position in Arizona
