Responsibilities

• Establish key elements of strategic and tactical operational plans.
• Prepare forecasts and monthly sales performance status reports.
• Ensure alignment with customer program objectives.
• Formulate and drive action plans, root cause analyses, corrective actions, recovery plans, and projections based on program metrics and status analysis.
• Manage and coordinate production sites to ensure delivery to end customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, alongside the Value Stream Lead, for operational discussions.
• Establish robust control and reporting systems to monitor progress against plans and business metrics.
• Contribute to the Program Production Plan.
• Travel 20% or more as required.

Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
• Prior experience managing projects/programs involving electronic components, systems, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience within the aerospace industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
• New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
• Experience with basic production configuration management, planning principles, and ERP system tools (e.g., SAP).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $107,500 - $204,500 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
