Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, relationship-driven primary care with a focus on quality outcomes and chronic disease management
- Manage a manageable patient volume (~15 patients/day) to ensure personalized care
- Operate within a well-established infrastructure and referral network, emphasizing high performance and stability
Schedule
Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with time allocated for walk-ins and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Licensed Physician with a focus on primary care and patient-centered approaches
- Prioritizes quality over volume and relationship-based care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
