About the Role
As a technician, the position requires basic assembly and disassembly of computer hardware. Working knowledge of desktop computers and mobile operating systems (Windows, Android, and iOS) is required. Hardware configuration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and process RMAs as assigned
- Maintain a clean work area
- Use hand tools for assembly and disassembly tasks
- Stand and walk for the entire shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional limited travel
- Work overtime as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- General computer hardware experience
- Familiarity with desktop computers and mobile operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
Technical certifications are a plus but not required.

Schedule
The shift operates Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
