About the Role

As a technician, the position requires basic assembly and disassembly of computer hardware. Working knowledge of desktop computers and mobile operating systems (Windows, Android, and iOS) is required. Hardware configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repair and process RMAs as assigned
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Use hand tools for assembly and disassembly tasks
  • Stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Occasional limited travel
  • Work overtime as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • General computer hardware experience
  • Familiarity with desktop computers and mobile operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required

Technical certifications are a plus but not required.

Benefits

This is an hourly position with a complete benefits package.

Schedule

The shift operates Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
