Validation Means Consolidation Lead is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and steering validation means spending optimization across major vehicle programs in execution. The role operates transversally across Vehicle Performance, Engineering, Validation, Programs, and Finance. Main Activities Lead the end‑to‑end consolidation of validation means spending for major vehicle programs in execution, structured by validation categories (full means, partial means, prototypes, etc.). Establish a single, reliable view of validation spending, ensuring consistency, comparability, and transparency across programs, platforms, and regions. Analyze execution versus targets, identify deviations, root causes, and structural drivers, and support definition of corrective action plans. Act as a key interface between Validation, Engineering, Programs, and Finance, ensuring alignment of technical validation strategies with cost objectives. Monitor progress of agreed actions and track delivery of expected benefits. Prepare clear, structured reporting and dashboards for VCP, Vehicle Performance, and management governance forums. Contribute to continuous improvement of validation cost control practices and support broader validation optimization initiatives within VCP. Minimum Qualification, Skills & Experience Solid experience in vehicle, system, or component validation environments within Product Development & Technology. Proven capability to consolidate, structure, and analyze complex technical and cost data across multiple programs. Good understanding of validation strategies, test means, and associated cost drivers. Experience working in transversal, matrix organizations with multiple technical and financial stakeholders. Technical & Functional Skills Ability to analyze validation execution versus targets and identify deviations and root causes. Strong proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting. Good understanding of interfaces between Validation, Engineering, Programs, and Finance. Behavioral & Leadership Competencies Structured and rigorous working approach. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Clear, concise, and factual communication. Ability to challenge data and assumptions constructively. Preferred Prior exposure to validation cost optimization or performance improvement initiatives. Experience interacting with Finance or controlling teams.
