About the role
Validation engineers at TI are tasked with ensuring devices perform as intended and identifying and mitigating failures. They design PCB boards and automation software to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand use-cases where devices fail and assess the impact and causes of these failures.
- Develop methods to measure device performance and troubleshoot system, equipment, and device issues.
- Work in post-silicon labs and software environments to characterize new technology.
- Contribute to the development and release of multiple product families within the Medical Product line of Data Converters and Clock Business units.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in validation engineering.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
