VALET / SERVICE SUPPORT

About the role

As a Service Support Agent, you will contribute to our Service Team by ensuring a seamless experience for all guests visiting our Service Drive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Service Drive for guest arrival each day, including moving or coordinating the movement of vehicles left from the previous day.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet by cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, and moving/staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the dealership and locate their name on the Appointment Log.
• Retrieve the Appointment Packet associated with each guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle checked in.

Requirements

• A passion for delivering a great customer experience.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in all directions (forward, backward, turning).
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
• Experience operating automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.

Pay

$17/hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays (if working Saturday, you will get Thursday off).
