About the role
To aid all departments to ensure positive customer relation areas and strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of all customer and stock unit vehicles from Toyota/Lexus/PDI
- Pickup/Delivery of Customer Vehicles to Local Vendor locations
- Perform vehicle inspections of Customer Vehicles
- Utilize Calendar to communicate effectively to all departments
- Pickup/Delivery of parts from Inner department Local Supply Companies
- Pickup/Delivery of customers to and from shop
- Maintain a clean shop area
- Assist with any other duties assigned by shop manager
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Work, etc.
- Attention to detail, fast learning skills, ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone skills

Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Talking, hearing, collecting, handling, inputting, preparing
- Sitting, standing, walking, repeated reaching, bending, stooping, squatting
- Occasional ladder climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
An indoor/outdoor position. Occasionally requires being in other departments.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
