About the Role

As a Valet Parking Attendant at Hilton Los Angeles Airport, you’ll brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable experiences. You’ll transport and secure guest vehicles while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. Hilton LAX is a 1,200-room hotel conveniently located near the airport and stadiums.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless arrivals and departures: Collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas.
• Handle guest belongings with care: Assist with luggage and retrieve items from vehicles upon request.
• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Open and flexible availability to work PM and Overnights, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Previous hotel and valet experience is preferred.

Pay

The hourly rate is $25, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
