Valet Manager - Mercedes Benz Pompano Beach

About the role

The Valet Manager oversees the valet staff and manages the loaner fleet, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless customer experience in line with AutoNation's standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct presentation and execution of loaner forms
• Make customer reservations
• Supervise the staff of loaner car associates/valet representatives
• Manage fleet of Loaner Vehicles in accordance with Programs
• Collect payment information extended to loan car customers
• Inventory control of Loaner Fleet
• Manage Loaner fleet in TDS and maximize efficiency and utilization
• Recover tolls and fuel usage in TDS
• Inform management and advisors of loaner availability
• Work with advisors to monitor and manage correct loaner usage

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Two years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
