About the role

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will be part of the transportation team focused on creating a memorable first impression and providing exceptional hospitality by safely parking and retrieving residents and guests' personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The Valet Attendant also delivers packages within our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community as needed. Our Valet team will be friendly, safety-focused team members who support resident hospitality services at Belmont Village Aventura. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes initiative, and has a high standard of personal excellence. Belmont Village Valet Attendants excel in a fast-paced, engaging position, collaborate effectively, and prioritize exceptional hospitality while helping seniors thrive as they age.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
  • Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number, and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
  • Making hospitality, customer service, care, and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
  • Ensuring a positive first impression for guests by helping maintain a tidy entryway and parking area.
  • Delivering packages within the community as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
  • At least 6 months prior experience in a related position.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
  • Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
