About the role

LAZ Parking is hiring Valet Attendants to greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, provide excellent customer service, and support smooth traffic flow. The position is people‑first, offering growth opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and timely.
• Greet customers by name, attend to their needs, and build rapport.
• Help direct traffic to keep flow clean and organized.
• Provide self‑reliant attitude when needed; work with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations – smile, go above and beyond.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Skills

• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
• Professional and effective communication.
• Willingness to be flexible and work multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging, emotionally charged situations.
• Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
