About the role

A LAZ Healthcare Valet Parking Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized.
• Provide a self-reliant attitude; work with or without supervision.
• Promote awesome customer relations by going above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking.

Requirements

• Charismatic, energetic, and happy to help.
• Responsible with a strong sense of accountability.
• Good driver with a clean driving record; ability to drive a standard transmission.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling chaos.
• Strong communication skills; ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.
• Team player who is open to different opinions and can motivate others.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods; bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Pay

Starting at $13/hour + tips.

Schedule

Various part-time shifts available: mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
