Full Time Roles

- Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
- Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
- Aid arriving and departing guests with their baggage, answering questions, making deliveries, etc.
- Secure items too large for guest rooms in appropriate storage rooms.
- Assist in parking cars; serve as the backup shuttle driver as needed.
- Transport guests, in a safe and timely manner, to and from requested destinations.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous related guest service or hospitality experience
- Ability to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner, always maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to lift luggage of various sizes with a maximum of 50 lbs
- Ability to prioritize tasks due to large numbers of incoming guests
- Ability to learn a variety of information pertaining to the resort and the area
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must hold a valid US driver’s license and must complete Motor Vehicle Report
