Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr
• Employment Type: Year Round
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
• Aid arriving and departing guests with their baggage, answering questions, making deliveries, etc.
• Secure items too large for guest rooms in appropriate storage rooms.
• Assist in parking cars; serve as the backup shuttle driver as needed.
• Transport guests, in a safe and timely manner, to and from requested destinations.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous related guest service or hospitality experience
• Ability to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner, always maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to lift luggage of various sizes with a maximum of 50 lbs
• Ability to prioritize tasks due to large numbers of incoming guests
• Ability to learn a variety of information pertaining to the resort and the area
• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license and must complete Motor Vehicle Report
