Responsibilities

• Greets arriving and departing guests
• Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
• Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
• Performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
• Organizes and cleans the service drive
• Duties include but are not limited to: Moving dealership and guests’ vehicles to and from the service drive to designated parking spots and our wash facility, and retrieving guests’ vehicles upon their return to pick up vehicles.
• Other job duties include:
• Maintain neat and organized parking lot
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain clean service area and other areas as directed by management
• Provide shuttle services for guests
• Run any necessary errands required by management/service department
• Any other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Previous Porter experience a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and have the energy to meet new people every day
• Able to work in outdoor elements
• Able to operate vehicles in a safe manner
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen
