About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vaccines Field Medical, Director, non-MD to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead field medical engagement strategy across external healthcare stakeholders, ensuring scientific exchange is aligned with broader medical priorities. The position partners closely with internal medical, commercial, and cross-functional teams to deliver evidence-based insights that support informed decision-making and patient care. It is well suited for a seasoned field medical professional who can translate complex science into impactful external education and strategic relationship-building. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for field medical engagement with external stakeholders
- Deliver evidence-based educational content regarding therapeutic areas and medical offerings
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant disease states and the organization's medical portfolio
- Foster collaborations with healthcare organizations to enhance patient care
- Collect and share external insights to inform medical strategy and field planning
Qualifications
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in health science required
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in health science, managed care, or pharmaceutical settings
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience influencing and developing others
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a complex organizational structure

Pay
Compensation: $176,600 – $294,300 annually
