Vaccination Crew - 1st shift

Job Summary

A 1st shift Vaccination Crew team member is needed at Cooper Farms' Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio. Shift hours are Monday approximately 5:00am-3:00pm and Tuesday through Friday approximately 6:30am-3:00pm. Starting hourly rate is $19.35 with the potential to increase to $21.30 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds from ground to chest level repeatedly
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time

Job Functions

• Setting up and tearing down of vaccinating equipment
• Retrieving birds
• Using proper techniques for subcutaneous, tail and wing injections
• Caring for ill birds per veterinary and manager guidance while maintaining proper records
