• Have extensive experience as an interaction/user experience designer.
• Have completed your HBO or HBO-level education in relevant fields.
• Be creative, problem-solving, and able to quickly turn ideas into strong designs.
• Do not turn your back on various brainstorming, workshop, and interviewing techniques.
• Have experience with e-commerce and knowledge of conversion and persuasive techniques.
• Have a strong affinity with customer psychology. A degree in this area is a plus.
• Have experience with different prototyping tools. Front-end skills are a plus.
• Have experience with Figma or Sketch.

Responsibilities

As a UX Designer, you think continuously about how a user moves, about the presentation and interaction across various devices, and how customers remain engaged through an optimal funnel. You sketch customer flows, make wireframes, prototypes, and test these in user tests with customers.

In addition, you play a significant role in developments that span the entire customer journey. You have an important role in 'customer-first' thinking.
