• Samen met collega’s zorgen voor een warm en gastvrij welkom voor iedere bezoeker.
• Representatief, toegankelijk en uitnodigend fungeren als visitekaartje van de bibliotheek.

• Support the lending process, such as registering new members and guiding visitors to our services.

• Enhance the library's atmosphere and character through your involvement.
• Guide visitors respectfully and courteously when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to better connect the library with the local community and think actively about new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Has an MBO work and thinking level and is in possession of a BHV diploma, or motivated to obtain this within a short time frame.
• Wants to be the face of our library and contributes to a pleasant, safe and relaxing environment through your friendly and proactive attitude towards customers.
• Speaks visitors kindly but clearly when needed; energy comes from offering excellent service to our visitors and guiding them effortlessly to the right organization, activity, or colleague.
• Is flexible in working hours and enjoys working at different locations within our libraries.
• Feels at home in the digital world and enjoys helping others with using up-to-date digital tools and government services.
• Easy to contact people of all ages and backgrounds and speaks Dutch fluently.

• We offer a contract for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
• The salary in scale 5 of CAO De Domijnen is dependent on experience, minimum € 2,357 and maximum € 3,428 gross per month, including 8% vacation allowance and 5% end-of-year bonus.
