What You'll Do
- Aansturen van een team van 10
- Toezicht houden op veiligheid, voortgang en werkverdeling
- Beheren van de voorraad en materialen
- Lassen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
- Functie als brug tussen de werkplaats en kantoor
- Samenwerken met de werkvoorbereiding
- Voeren van functioneringsgesprekken
What We Expect From You
- An accredited relevant education, such as metalworking, construction worker, toolmaker, mid-level engineering, metal technology, or equivalent through experience
- Experience in a workshop (preferably leading)
- In possession of labor certifications such as NIL, IWP, and/or IWS
- Knowledge of quality standards and metal inspection
- Good command of the Dutch language
