Vacation Planner

About the role

Shroff Travel is recruiting a Vacation Planner to work across air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations. In this position, you will research and recommend travel options that match customer needs, preferences, and budget. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Discuss destination, date, budget, traveler, accommodation, transportation, and activity preferences with customers.
• Research suitable flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, or destination options using approved supplier resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, restrictions, and cancellation terms before presenting options.
• Prepare clear travel recommendations and answer routine questions about the proposed itinerary.
• Coordinate selected options with booking or reservations teams and document customer decisions accurately.
• Stay current on supplier information, destination requirements, and service changes relevant to assigned travel products.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, research, organization, and written-communication skills.
• Comfort using travel booking, supplier, CRM, spreadsheet, and itinerary tools.
• Ability to compare multiple travel options accurately and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Good attention to dates, traveler names, restrictions, pricing, and cancellation terms.
• Reliable follow-through on customer questions and booking handoffs.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Employment Information

This is a full-time, 100% remote role at the associate experience level, open to candidates throughout the United States.

Pay

$54,000 - $62,000 per year
