About the role
RegService is a modern law firm focused on providing professional legal assistance on flexible terms and in the shortest possible time. This paralegal position in Kyiv is ideal for law school graduates looking to start their career under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
Requirements
- Student in the last or 3-4 years of law school
- Willingness to develop professionally and learn new things
- Good computer skills (office suite, Bitrix24, office equipment)
- Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law of Ukraine
- Experience in registration and liquidation of business entities is welcome (training will be provided if lacking)
Responsibilities
- Obtaining permits and interacting with government agencies
- Providing legal assistance under the guidance of senior colleagues
