VA Disability Case Manager

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital part in supporting veterans and ensuring their cases move forward smoothly. You’ll collaborate with our attorney and clients, keeping everything on track with compassion, precision, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to clients via phone and email
• Organize projects and track progress in Filevine
• Calendar important deadlines
• Review and organize medical records
• File documents with the VA
• Coordinate closely with the attorney on file

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a case manager or in a similar role (VA disability law firm experience preferred)
• Accreditation or hands‑on experience assisting with VA disability claims under the direction of an accredited attorney or VSO
• Familiarity with Filevine strongly preferred
• Possession of a valid PIV card
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
• Understanding of law firm operations

Pay

$25–$36 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

100% remote work arrangement.
