About the role
As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital part in supporting veterans and ensuring their cases move forward smoothly. You’ll collaborate with our attorney and clients, keeping everything on track with compassion, precision, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide updates to clients via phone and email
- Organize projects and track progress in Filevine
- Calendar important deadlines
- Review and organize medical records
- File documents with the VACoordinate closely with the attorney on file
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a case manager or in a similar role (VA disability law firm experience preferred)
- Accreditation or hands-on experience assisting with VA disability claims under the direction of an accredited attorney or VSOFamiliarity with Filevine strongly preferred
- Possession of a valid PIV card
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Understanding of law firm operations
Position Details
- 100% Remote
- Compensation: $25–$36/hour (commensurate with experience)
