Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for VoIP products and services.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop a deep understanding of our VoIP solutions and communicate their value effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom, VoIP, or SaaS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SIP, hosted PBX, or unified communications.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Experience with channel/reseller sales models.
