Responsibilities
- Expand a defined set of website pages into additional landing pages, marketing placements, and product experiences with strong visual consistency.
- Apply brand standards across digital touchpoints while maintaining a high level of visual craft.
- Translate brand and marketing direction into refined, execution-ready design deliverables.
- Use design system components, templates, and patterns to create scalable, reusable solutions for CMS-driven experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve and extend the design system where gaps exist.
- Balance reuse of existing patterns with thoughtful customization to meet experience needs.
- Create landing pages and acquisition-focused experiences that support campaign and growth efforts.
- Apply conversion-focused design principles, including hierarchy, layout, and visual emphasis.
- Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to support testing and optimization initiatives.
- Use insights and performance data to guide design decisions and improve engagement and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering.
- Participate in design reviews and critiques to strengthen quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in visual design, digital design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, color, composition, and polished visual execution.
- Experience applying brand systems across digital experiences at scale.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma.
- Ability to design for usability, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions.
- Comfort working collaboratively across multiple teams and priorities.
- A mindset that values accessibility, inclusion, and user-centered thinking.
Skills

Benefits
The pay range for this role is $29 - $60 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
