UX/UI Designer - Central Marketing
Contract Length: 12 months · Location: Hybrid — Cupertino, CA · Pay: $82 per hour
About The Role
We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to design new features and experiences across internal marketing tools. This role will contribute to the full design process, from early system design and concept exploration through high-fidelity execution and final design specifications. You’ll work closely with Central Marketing and cross-functional partners to transform complex workflows, automation concepts, and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, highly collaborative, and passionate about creating simple, meaningful interactions for users.
Responsibilities
- Design thoughtful, intuitive user experiences across internal marketing tools and platforms.
- Translate complex requirements, workflows, and data into clear and engaging interfaces.
- Create design artifacts ranging from early concepts and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Develop and maintain design systems that can be applied across multiple marketing platforms.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to strengthen and refine solutions.
- Contribute to and extend existing design patterns while exploring new solutions for emerging needs.
- Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to help ensure design fidelity.
- Participate in user studies and incorporate research and feedback into design decisions.
- Help maintain alignment with design principles centered on simplicity, clarity, usability, and attention to detail.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective design solutions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience.
- Experience designing digital products, internal tools, workflows, or complex enterprise experiences.
- Strong ability to translate complex processes and requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience creating design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specifications.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, product partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- A thoughtful, user-centered approach to solving complex problems.

Working Environment
